About
Trust Accounting Course began as an idea after our 20 years of doing business as accounting professionals led us to conclude that attorneys are simply not taught the intricate value or details of trust accounting. This led to many stories from our clients who knew of other attorneys frequently getting into regulatory problems or even disbarred due to a critical lack of knowledge.
To plug this hole in our legal system, we gathered together a team of like-minded accounting professionals and began putting together coursework designed to help other professionals, legal staff, bookkeepers, attorneys, and law firms with trust accounting. The primary goal is to provide the information necessary to overcome these challenges to protect the attorneys and ensure their clients are receiving the best protection and guidance possible.
The end result is our highly demanded Trust Accounting Course. The moment we launched our series of videos and supportive materials, we saw an immediate uptick in orders. Students from many industries, including a surprising amount outside of the law, reached out to sign up for our course. This course is designed to enhance your knowledge of the financial position of your practice by actually learning what funds are held in trust.
Since that time, we have expanded our coursework to include the latest developments in tax codes, regulatory management, and cash flow oversight. This includes managing pooled trust accounts or separate individual accounts explicitly requested by clients. We cover everything from setup to fund distribution, disclosing fees, and 3-way reconciliation requirements to ensure all funds are properly maintained to state and federal standards.

Our Mission
Trust Accounting Course is designed to help educate attorneys/lawyers bookkeepers, and other interested parties in the proper legal accounting management of trust funds held in trust accounts.
Our Vision
To educate and empower attorneys of accounting standards, lower the instances of regulatory damages and disbarment due to a lack of trust accounting management and knowledge.
Our Values
Integrity
Building a good rapport with the client and any other legal entity requires trust, authenticity, and transparency. We extend these same values in our Trust Accounting Course so we can remain a reliable source of up-to-date information for attorneys/lawyers and law firms.
Accountability
In our experience, when an error is made, being upfront and honest about it and then demonstrating how to repair this problem is key to a quality accountant relationship. That is why we encourage our students to make mistakes during our course to best soak in the correct methods of trust accounting.
Respect
We welcome anyone and everyone who wishes to learn trust accounting regardless of gender, sex, background, race, creed, or intent. We are educators focused on repairing a lack of knowledge in a specific field of interest. We take no part in any other argument based on politics, faith, or anything else outside of information concerning accounting.
